Yes. The Explorer plan is free with a 100-result cap. Paid plans are Water ($99/mo), Water + Power ($199/mo), Water + Power + Fiber ($299/mo) and Complete ($499/mo, unlimited results).
Where does the data come from?
Government-of-record sources including USGS, USBR, NRCS, EPA, BLM and state water authorities, refreshed on a schedule that matches each upstream source.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription. You keep access until the end of your billing period, with no further charges and no fees.
Can I buy a report without a subscription?
Yes. One-off reports need only an account: Site Screen ($7,500, 3 business days), Site Diligence Report ($15,500, 5 business days) and Two-Site Comparison ($25,000, 10 business days).
