What data does Landman use?
The live test case uses USGS 3DEP elevation, Utah SGID county parcels, Esri World Imagery, and OpenStreetMap roads and utilities.
Is this a replacement for a survey?
No. Survey-grade figures require a licensed ALTA / boundary survey, and terrain anomaly screening needs field confirmation.
